The easiest way to make a delicious dinner is to cook it with chicken.

There are many recipes for chicken - boiled, fried, baked, steamed, dried and smoked. You can use a whole carcass or just the breast, thighs or wings. You can make it in traditional flavor combinations or take ideas from Pan-Asian, Mexican and other cuisines of the world.

Ingredients:
grain-fed chicken - 1 piece.
coarse salt - 1 kg
bay leaf - 2 pcs.
oregano - 1 tsp.
garlic - 3 cloves
How to prepare:
1. Rub the chicken inside with spices, add garlic cloves and bay leaf.

2. Sprinkle salt on a baking tray, put the chicken breast side down on top. Bake at 180-190 °C for 30-35 minutes, then turn to the back and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Shake off the salt and serve with a side dish of baked vegetables or rice and a salad of fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
yellow or soup chicken - 1 carcass
onion - 2-3 pieces.
eggs (yolks only) - 2 pcs.
whole grain flour - 70 g
coriander - a bunch
of butter - 10-15 g
garlic - 2-3 cloves
lemon juice - 3-4 tbsp
. l. salt, pepper
How to cook:
1. Pour about 2 liters of water over the chicken and bring the broth to a boil over low heat. It will take about an hour if you cook the chicken in yellow sauce, and about three hours if the chicken is in soup sauce. Chicken broth for soup will also take time to defrost, but the broth from it turns out to be the most fragrant and rich.

2. Remove the chicken from the broth and divide the meat into pieces that will turn out soft.

Finely chop the onion, fry it in butter until golden brown.

3. Whisk the flour with a little water, add the yolks and lemon juice, and mix. The mixture should have the consistency of pancake batter, add more water if necessary.

4. Bring the broth to a boil, add the onion and pour in the egg-flour mixture, stirring constantly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, the soup will thicken. Add salt, add chicken meat, chopped coriander and chopped garlic and immediately remove from the stove. Serve the soup hot with pita bread.
